MONIN White Chocolate sauce oozes creamy, buttery tastes and aromas. White Chocolate is created from cocoa butter which gives white chocolate its characteristic velvety, buttery aromas. MONIN White Chocolate sauce is perfect for use in desserts, hot chocolates, frappes, cocktails and mocktails.
Ingredients: Glucose syrup, skimmed sweetened condensed milk, water, starch (E1442), lactoserum proteins concentrate, cocoa butter, citric acid, butter, salt, emulsifier (E322), preservative, natural flavouring. Contains milk. White chocolate content: 5%.
Use 15-20ml per serve for hot drinks, 10-25ml for cocktails, 20-30ml for frappes and milkshakes, depending on recipe
