We want our customers to be satisfied with their purchases. If you are not completely happy with your order, please review the policy below.

Returns
You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused and in its original condition.

• The item must be returned in its original packaging where possible.

Non-Returnable Items
Certain items may not be eligible for return due to hygiene, safety, or product type restrictions. These will be clearly indicated where applicable.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item received was damaged, faulty, or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue so we can resolve it as quickly as possible.
